What is your return policy?


To return an item please send to Kindred Outfitters 103 W. Pickens St. Abbeville, SC 29620 within 30 days. Please provide the following. -In new and unused condition with the receipt and tag still attached. -For more information, please see our Shipping and Returns Policy.




Can I exchange my order instead of returning it?


Yes, of the same or lesser value of the original item. For more information, please see our Shipping and Returns Policy.




How do I know if my returns were received?


When the item is received, you will receive a confirmation email and a refund. For more information, please see our Shipping and Returns Policy.




How do I get my refund once I’ve returned an item?


If an item in your order doesn't work for you, feel free to send it back to us with 30 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment. The amount of your store credit is only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include shipping. The store credit will be issued in the form of a gift certificate number/online code to you via email associated with your order, within 48 hours of receiving your return. My product was broken, what can I do?


If your product is broken, send us an email with the picture of the damage and we will send you a replacement of the item.




How can I track my shipment?


USPS, UPS, or FedEx will provide a tracking number for you to follow.




Do you offer discounts?


Occasionally, there will be promotions. You can stay up to date with these by signing up to our email list.

At Kindred Outfitters, we sell activewear and athleisure. We also sell outdoor and active gear.

Our clothing is good for anything inspired by being outside and active. It’s good for anything from going to the gym to grabbing coffee with a friend.




What is your product sourcing?


We hand pick each item, and store it in house until we ship it to you.




What are your store hours?


Currently we are available online and you can shop 24/7. We are also happy to announce our Brick and Mortar location is now open.
